Private classes (one couple at a time), are available
during the day/during the week.
The classes typically consist of 4 two hour sessions.
Groups are available as
4 two hour classes on Saturday mornings
5 two hour classes on Saturday at Yale New Haven Hosp.

When to start your classes
It has been found that the sooner you begin to incorporate the information you learn in these classes into your life, the better. Adding a baby into your life is a process that takes
some getting used to. Focusing on the baby
through this class has been a helpful way to see yourself as
a family now.
It's never too late or too soon to begin class.
Many start at around 20 weeks.
How much does it cost?
A set of 4 classes for one couple costs $300.
It is tailored to YOU.
A group class costs $200 for the series of 4.
(or $240 for 5 classes at Yale)
Both include a book, CD and support through e-mail
or phone after class ends.
A group can be as small as two couples
or as large as 8 couples.
Find a friend to take class with you and save $100.
(for classes other than established group classes)
There is a $50 surcharge/series for travel
over 1/2 hour from Middlebury, CT.
